| Cancellation Policy | The following policy is applicable for all scheduled, billable events involving Project Portfolio Office staff, including, but not limited to, training, hand-holding sessions, consulting, workshops and all other billable interactions.
If written notice is received at least ten (10) calendar days in advance of the event, the Client will not be invoiced for the event and will be entitled to a refund of its payment, if payment has already been made. The client is not entitled to a refund if less than ten (10) business days advance written notice is given. Failure to provide written notice at least ten (10) business days in advance of the event obligates the Client to make payment for the full price of the agreed fee.
For all events, cancellation notices must be emailed to support@projectportfoliooffice.com. Project Portfolio Office is not responsible for any error in the delivery of the email notice.
Project Portfolio Office reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of an event at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the event. In the event of a cancellation by Project Portfolio Office due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Client is entitled to a full refund. Project Portfolio Office shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the Client as a result of a cancellation or reschedule. |
