PROMOTE PPO
PROMOTE PPO
At PPO, we are continuously trying to grow our user community, which provides us with new requirements and features that can then be implemented back into our solution offering. We do this primarily through marketing and brand awareness and use the following methods to achieve this:
  • Business briefs;
  • Reference letters;
  • Case studies;
  • Facebook reviews; and
  • LinkedIN recommendations.
To encourage our clients to assist us in growing the PPO brand, we have implemented our Promote PPO Programme to allow clients to contribute to the success stories and receive either:
  • 25 percent discount on the current month‘s subscriptions; or
  • Four hours of advanced off-site support time. The client can define what these hours should be used for and examples include: the reviewing of methodology, implementation of prioritisation models or similar advanced functionality, development of reports, and so on. These hours will only be performed as off-site support (i.e. the support consultant will not come on-site to perform the requested activity).
  • Win an Apple iPod for the best Facebook review or LinkedIN recommendation. Every quarter, an Apple iPod will be awarded to the user who logged the best Facebook review or LinkedIn recommendation during that period.
The following are terms & conditions for partaking in the programme:
  1. The incentive will only be provided to the client once the deliverable has been approved.
  2. The deliverables have to be completed in the sequence provided (business brief; reference letter; case study).

Business brief

A business brief is completed as soon as the client has joined the PPO community and approved their PPO instance. Clients are provided with a questionnaire asking them why they chose PPO and what problems or challenges they are experiencing and hoping to address.

Once the client has completed the questionnaire, PPO will draft a press release. The press release will then have to be approved by PPO and the client. Nothing will be published without written approval from all above mentioned parties.

The press release is then posted on our website and also distributed to the relevant media.

Examples Questions

Reference letter

A reference letter is prepared soon after the client‘s implementation of PPO has been completed and signed off. The reference letter is written by the client on their letterhead and is addressed to PPO, explaining why the client required a PPM application, why PPO was selected, the service and experience received from PPO during the implementation, as well as the way forward with PPO. The reference letter should be signed by the most senior person involved in the implementation.

Once the reference letter is received, it will be framed and displayed at the PPO offices.

Case study

A case study is put together after the client has been using PPO for a minimum period of four months and explains in detail the challenges that were faced prior to the implementation of PPO and the benefits and improvements that have since been realised. The case study is published in the form of a press release and is based on the client‘s response to a questionnaire.

Once the client has completed the questionnaire, PPO will draft a press release. The press release will then have to be approved by PPO and the client; nothing will be published without written approval from all above mentioned parties.

The press release is then posted on our website and distributed to the relevant media.
