PPO allows all users to log all requests for support (including support calls, bug fixes and enhancement reqests) via the Support icon on PPO‘s home page. To access the on-line support portal, users simply click on the Support icon on their PPO home page (PPO users) or click on the link provided below (non-PPO users).
Logging support calls
The on-line support portal allows users to log new support calls requesting assistance, as well as view their previous calls and answers received.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) portal is available from the on-line support portal and incorporates FAQ‘s covering subscriptions, functionality, support and technical aspects of PPO. Some FAQ‘s contain detailed documentation and templates which will simplify and enhance your usage of PPO.
Enhancement Requests
The on-line support portal allows you to request enhancements to PPO (by logging a support call) and to vote for or comment, on enhancements already logged by other users.
